Many adult education classes are part of a multi-week series. Coffee and lively conversation are a vital part of the experience!Adult education classes are taught by our pastors and West Linn Lutheran Church members and special guests. Topics allow class participants to explore and discuss issues in biblical theology, spiritual growth, social justice, and culture and Christianity. There are usually 5 series of 6 session classes from September to June. Each series has at least 2, sometimes three classes to choose from.

A Lutheran Pastor's Own Story" Progressing along the path to spiritual maturity is helped by learning about the experience of death. This class invites you to lay aside your reservations and fears...and see the lessons learned in exploring a Christian approach and understanding regarding death. What are the issues facing those who currently live in Palestine? What is the conflict truly about? How does the direction from God in Scriptures have anything to do with the ancient, the traditional and the current boundaries within what we have come to know as the Holy Land? This class will explore the biblical stories around all the people living in and around Palestine including the stories of Abraham, Joseph, Moses, Caleb, Isaiah.
