OPTIONS FOR GivING to WLLC

You can support the mission of West Linn Lutheran Church financially through any of the following options:
GIVE IN PERSON We gather offering during our worship on Sunday mornings. Just drop your offering into the collection plate! MAIL IN YOUR CONTRIBUTION You can send in your check via U.S. Mail to: West Linn Lutheran Church, 20390 Willamette Drive, West Linn Oregon 97068 USE ONLINE GIVING You can give online by CLICKING HERE. This will take you to the VANCO website where you can set up an account that will enable you to pay with credit cards or checking accounts. You can choose to make a recurring or one-time payment. USE BILL PAY TO DONATE Give from your own online checking account to generate and send a check through your bank's "Bill Pay" option each month. DONATE STOCK/MUTUAL FUNDS Give a one-time donation or an ongoing pledge gift. The gifting of stock to the church is a "win-win" situation both for you and the church. |
Online Giving Using VANCO
VANCO is the online payment vendor used by WLLC. VANCO’s technology connects more than 45,000 faith-based, nonprofit, professional services and education organizations nationwide. Clicking on the "GIVE ONLINE" button below will take you to the VANCO website where you can set up an account that will enable you to pay with credit cards or checking accounts. You can choose to make a recurring or one-time payment. If you use an iPhone, click on the Apple Store link to download a Vanco app. You can also download a Vanco app for your Google phone by clicking on that link.
VANCO charges WLLC a small fee for this service that you may elect to pay as part of your contribution. You can also download apps for your Apple or Google phone via the Apple Store and Google Play links above |
Where does your money go?Outreach and Support
West Linn Lutheran Church is known for its outreach and support of many mission projects both local and abroad. Many of WLLC’s members actively participate in the operations of these various agencies: House of Zion, Father's Heart Street our Companion Congregation in Sacele, ELCA Disaster Relief, Janus Youth, Youth Homeless Outreach, World Hunger Offering and many more. A designated gift made at WLLC to any of these agencies will be passed along to the respective agency. Activities and Programs West Linn Lutheran Church (WLLC) has many activities and programming that support the needs and passions of its members. Here are some of the popular programs and activities you support: Scholarships, Youth Group, Quilting Group, Labyrinth, Women’s Advent Breakfast, Men’s Ministry and Women’s Retreat. Operating Expenses Your monetary donation funds those who staff the many programs and ministries available at West Linn Lutheran Church, building operation and maintenance, Oregon Synod, ELCA and community benevolence, Christian education for all ages, worship publications and music and other fellowship and prayer activities. |
Stocks and Mutual Funds
Make a bigger impact by donating long-term appreciated securities, including stocks, bonds and mutual funds to the West Linn Lutheran Church Endowment fund held by the InFaith Community Foundation. This may be a one-time gift or a part of your regular pledge giving. Steps to initiate the transfer are : 1. Contact your financial institution or brokerage and inform them you wish to give a stock gift to your church. This request most likely will need to be in writing. 2. For the next steps in the process click on the "InFaith Community Foundation button below. Here you will find helpful information to move forward with your transfer. They will assist you the rest of the way. After you have done this, please contact the church office to let us know you have initiated a stock transfer.  |
