In 1961, the Lutheran church conducted a survey of the West Linn area and found the need for a new church. On February 24, 1963, we officially became a congregation, and we dedicated the building on May 12th. We immediately experienced growth due to the excellent visibility of the building and our welcoming invitation to all.
